Weystone Manor is a beautiful new purpose-built care home in Woking that provides excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment, as well as caring for those living with dementia. Alongside long-term care, we also offer short-term breaks for respite and intermediate care.
Weystone Manor is one of Silver Friends' most valued local partners. Each month, the team there opens its doors to host a tea and cakes afternoon for our members — a simple, generous act of hospitality that has become a fixture in many of our members' diaries. For older people who live alone, a monthly invitation of that kind does more than provide cake: it offers a regular reason to leave the house, a familiar room to sit in, and an afternoon of conversation with other members. Weystone Manor's ongoing support means we can offer this to members at no cost to them, and it extends our programme into a warm, welcoming space that is genuinely accessible to those with limited mobility. Partnerships like this one are central to what Silver Friends is able to do.
